Exciting & Unique Retailing Opportunity.
IBV are pleased to announce that they have been appointed as professional Advisors to assist with the launch and subsequent roll out of a start up business which is bringing a unique concept to shopping malls by way of Retail Merchandising Units (“RMUs”) which will offer the sale of hair and beauty products, and provide hair care hairdressing services.
The Managing Director of the business has 25 years experience in the hair salons sector, and has a proven track record in the industry of building a substantial business from a start up situation. He opened a salon in the Midlands from a start up, and it became the largest UK hair salon at the time.
Being a very creative and entrepreneurial individual, he opened a RMU in 2010 in partnership, and saw at first hand the potential of the RMU concept. Due to the commitments with his salon he ceased involvement with the RMU, and wishing to develop the concept further having seen the potential, has spent the last 12 months developing and refining the concept.
An agreement has been reached with one of the large UK shopping mall owners to roll out the concept in their shopping malls. This will begin with a pilot operation in a substantial centre in the south with a weekly footfall of 350,000 for a 6 month period from October 2012. Subject to the satisfactory conclusion of the pilot, it is planned to open a total of 10 sites by mid 2015. If successful, further openings would be planned after the initial 3 year period. An online presence to sell product will also be investigated as the business develops.
If you too are excited by this project and feel you may wish
to become involved please download the summary document depicting the key
elements of the draft business plan of Project MC in relation to raising funds
for a truly unique retailing opportunity.

IBV client receives substantial settlement
following forensic accounting work undertaken on their behalf.
Client
comment in relation to the above case:-
“I was
recommended to IBV by a friend, and I have to say it was the best
recommendation I have ever received. I was unaware of my rights, and knew that
the company was not being run properly, and feared I could lose everything
after dedicating many years to building up the company. At the first meeting I
was advised as what my rights were, but very importantly it was made clear to
me that without evidence there was no case. With the support of IBV we were
able to prepare a forensic accounting report for legal consideration, that
enabled us to obtain an injunction and put us in a very strong position. IBV
then provided 24/7 support over the next few months as matters progressed. Ultimately
IBV assisted in negotiating the agreement for the sale of our shares, so
provided support and advice in the case from start to finish.
The work
undertaken by IBV to achieve the result we did was absolutely critical in
achieving an outcome that far exceeded expectations. They took a proactive role
in the whole process, and ensured that they worked with the lawyers in a
seamless way in putting our case together. I can only say they were brilliant
in every aspect of the case, and their overall personal support was
exceptional”
